Counter Knives, Circular Knives & Spacer Rings

Our counter (female) knives, trimmer knives and spacer rings are used for the clean cutting of corrugated board. All components are meticulously matched to each other to ensure sharp edges, high level of dimensional accuracy and consistent cutting quality.

The knives are made of premium-grade, hardened tool steel and meet the tightest tolerances in the µ range. Thanks to their high hardness and accurate machining, they offer a long service life and dependable performance even at high production speeds.

Spacer rings ensure the perfect alignment of the slotting knives and enable precise cutting widths. All parts can be custom-made according to drawings, samples or customer specifications – perfectly tailored to the respective slotting unit.
